🚚 Shipping

Processing time:
We ship orders within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal: 1 to 3 business days

  • European Union: 3 to 5 working days

  • United Kingdom: 4 to 7 business days

Freight:
We offer free shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are already included in the final product price.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your delivery.

🔁 Returns and Exchanges

If you have any problems with your order, we will do our best to help!

Deadline for returns:
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with European Union legislation.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in perfect condition .

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products.

Refunds:
After the product is returned and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 business days .
